ABOUT
Paige Noah is an associate in Wade Kilpela Slade’s Pittsburgh office. She represents plaintiffs in all facets and stages of class and complex litigation, focusing on consumer protection, ERISA, data privacy/security, and disability law.
Prior to joining the firm, Paige worked at a plaintiff’s class action firm focusing on mass torts and data privacy matters, including In re Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level Pap, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3014) (W.D. Pa.); In re East Palestine Train Derailment (N.D. Ohio); and Baker v. ParkMobile, LLC (N.D. Ga.). As part of her practice, Paige managed massive e-discovery teams, while working on pre-trial discovery matters, including the resolution of ESI disputes, discovery negotiations, privilege challenges, depositions, and working with liability and damages experts. Paige also secured a jury verdict in favor of her client in a breach of contract and unfair trade practices case in state court. Before joining the class action world, she litigated asbestos and talc cases, focusing on products and premises liability across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Paige was born and raised just south of Pittsburgh. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Jefferson College in Political Science and International Studies. She completed a joint degree program at the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Law and Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA). At GSPIA, she served as the Co-Coordinator for the Hidden Peoples Project, an African Studies Graduate Fellow, and as a member of the Ford Institute for Human Security’s Working Group on Gender Equality in Public Administration for the United Nations Development Program. She was a member of Pitt Law’s 2019 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team where she competed in Serbia, Croatia, and Austria. Paige is also an active board member of the ASA Social Fund for Hidden Peoples, a non-profit in Pittsburgh, that supports vulnerable and fragile children and adults impacted by extreme poverty, civil strife, abandonment, acid attacks and physical disabilities in Uganda. Paige lives in the south hills of Pittsburgh with her husband, son and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching Marvel movies with her stepdaughter, and routinely beating her husband in fantasy football.
